Cajun Kitchen was first established in 2005 in Houston’s Chinatown with a focus on the Viet-Cajun seafood boil culture that people have come to love so much all over the country. Ever since then, our restaurant has continuously offered the freshest Gulf-Coast seafood available, and the best crawfish that we can source from Louisiana, California and Oregon. Our menu has a little bit for everyone, from the freshest seafood boiled in our signature seasonings, award winning fried platters, oysters on the half shell, blackened plates, wings, poboys, pastas & noodles and so much more.  We’re honored to have been locally and nationally recognized numerous times as one of the top restaurants in Houston for Viet-Cajun crawfish and cuisine by the Houston Chronicle, Houston Press, Houstonia Magazine, Texas Monthly Magazine, PBS’ Mind of a Chef, The Southern Food Alliance, FOX 26 and the Washington Post.
